By applying for a Fixmux Franchise, you agree to the following terms and conditions of partnership.
Fixmux grants non-transferable rights to use its brand name, tools, and training system in the assigned location. All activities must follow Fixmux’s brand guidelines and ethical standards.
Fixmux will provide electronic tools, training material, and marketing support to the franchisee. Regular audits may be conducted to maintain service quality.
The franchisee must pay an initial setup fee and a yearly renewal fee as agreed in the official document. Revenue sharing will be as per mutually signed contract.
Violation of brand usage terms, customer complaints, or fraudulent activities may result in franchise termination without refund.
All disputes will be subject to Mumbai, Maharashtra jurisdiction.
